A hot milky drink, it was a old saying of old wives that if you drink hot glass of water you will get better sleep, but the fact is that this even can make you up for whole your night. Staying in bed, while you are not sleepy and it is too difficult for you to get back to sleep, juts don’t lay down there, get up and do some other things that can help your body to get tired and you will be feeling sleepy, so the main thing is that if you are not sleepy don’t try to sleep, get up
