We all feel so sacred regarding our hair and we feel so unsecured too, we get uncertain when some one say that this is good for your hair or your skin and this is bad, People just believe something is true though they cannot really find any reasons to explain why they believe it is true, so lets discus the famous and the historical myth of the hair or about hair so you can see that what is real and what is just a fake story spread by old wives
Trimming Makes Hair Grow Faster
Many people believe that trimming makes hair grow faster and thicker and what is the explanation of that? I know that you get the difference and you started feeling that too, but that is just an illusion. When you see trimming bangs, spit ends, or shaggy locks you think that your hair is healthier while it just looks healthier due to fact the size of your hairdo is increased, the speed of your hair growth is mostly determined by genetics so you can not help it very much, but you can help them grew healthy by your food, fruit and vegetables and products with plenty of protein. Good sources of protein are: eggs, fish, and other lean meats
Products don’t Work when You Use Them Repeatedly
Another myth is that if you start using some thing regularly, your hair get used to of it and fail to respond the way they used to
It is actually not true. Hair is not scared of you, if they don’t like anything they will show you at once or other wise they will be happy with the same product for ever
Washing Hair with Shampoo Every Day is Dangerous
Many people are afraid to use shampoo to wash their hair everyday as they think it will dry their hair out. It’s a mistake either, but that is completely wrong, you should wash your hair whenever you feel you need to, because no doubt that cleaning is one for the best help you can provide to hair
Brushing Causes Hair Loss,
Brushing Causes Hair Loss, is completely stupidity as that is not even possible, brushing just show what is going on in your hair, dandruff, hair fall, breakage or whatever
