According to doctors and professional, you don’t need to eat more than usual, even if you are expecting twins or triplets, maintain your regular diet and try to burn that as you always do too

Have a healthy breakfast every day because this can help you to avoid snacking on foods that are high in fat and sugar, like you always do to keep your body in shape and beautiful.

You need to keep an eye on your on and off cravings and your doctor or midwife will advise you regarding that too, try to kill your cravings with sniffing things rather than eating them, try that this will help

Fruit and vegetables relationship best for you and your baby, eat as much as much you like, but never sit or lay down after eating, I am saying that again you are expecting a baby, you are not ill or weak

Starchy foods are an important source of vitamins and fiber, and are satisfying without containing too many calories too; you can try them and ask your doctors before starting any kind of diet

When you learn that you are expecting a baby, give your body a week and then join any activity club immediately, any yoga club, gym and any kind of activities for pregnant woman

Walk as much as much you can, burn all the calories you are talking and don’t thing that it is unhealthy for your doctors, ask you don’t before joining any club though

Drink plenty of water and I said water, no calories in your drink, plain natural water, you can have juice too, but never substitute water with juices
