This is the most important time of a woman life no mater which number child it is, every time it is special and every time it is different, but there is one thing that it common in each and every woman who is expecting her baby and that is food, every woman should have healthy and nutritious food during that time, A healthy diet is an important part of a healthy lifestyle at any time, but if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy you need to see what are you eating and why are you eating that food, healthy food during pregnancy will help your baby to develop and grow, and will keep you fit and well too

This is a simple list that you can past on your refrigerator because that will help you see if you are eating good food of not

Fruit and vegetables

Starchy foods which provides you carbohydrates

Protein

Dairy

Foods those are high in sugar or fat

Healthy snacks, use tips to avoid unhealthy food 

Now there are few things that you need to keep in your mind while you are expecting your baby

Preparing food at home, and cook it yourself, try to avoid as much as much you can to eat ready to eat food or should I say eatable products

Make sure that you cook fresh every time, don’t let the germs ill you or your kid and  try to drink lots of water while you are cooking or while you are not eating

There is no special diets for that period, you are just having a baby you are not ill or you don’t need extra food, just try to eat healthy
