After warm up you juts need to start these exercises and as I told you earlier in the previous linked article of How To Reduce Hips Effectively you need one chair and one pillow to do these exercise, sit on a chair with your feet on the floor with your knees at a 90 degree angle and take a pillow and place it between your thighs and squeeze it as hard as you can, for around 60 seconds and then release the pressure and relax, you just need to do that for 5-10 times
Remove the pillow from between your thighs and place your hands on the sides of your chair and lift your hips and while you are doing that exhale and you can use your feet and your palms to support your weights, lift your hips until your body takes on the shape of a bridge and hold that position for like 20 seconds and then release and relax do these for 5-10 times
Do these two exercise five times a day, for five days a week and you will see dramatic change in your shape, this will help your hips and your cellulite in no time, try these tips and keep an eye on your food too
