there will be three parts of that plan intake, cardio, and exercise, so lets start, first of all intakes, in the morning drink one glass of chilled water before washing your teeth or eating anything, then eat take some good cereal or you can try row oatmeal breakfast too, unprocessed, then after two hours eat one small piece of chicken backed without salt just Cayenne Pepper and for that you can check, Cayenne Pepper Diet to se the benefits of food with Cayenne Pepper with one green tea,

Drink 6 glass chilled icy water, drink 6 glasses warm water, both with 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, minimum 2 cups of green tea with lemon in it, drink one drink with two tea spoon lemon/vinegar honey one tble spoon or less, one tea spoon or less Cayenne Pepper in warm water, in noon, don’t eat anything after 7 at any cost, and if you have to eat just one small carrot or cucumber without peel and you can have one small serving or fruit too if you have too, but keep one thing inn mind while you eating it, you are cheating with your body and with your aim too ? sad, and bad
