I simply feel if you have nice body and you are perfectly shaped, but if you bad hip shape then you will loss your look completely, because bad or huge hip shape will sabotage your complete look, so let’s see if we can change your hip shape with these hip exercise and make your look more elegant and beautiful
First of all we can not get perfect look just with food or just with exercise, we need to carry these two things in prefect proportion, carbohydrates make your hips, so if you want to reduce then you need to reduce your carbs intake, and do lots of cardio, aerobic exercises and some gym exercises and these things can really help you burn hit fat from your hips
The key of aerobic is, the longer you do aerobic exercises the more fat and calories you will burn so go for light aerobic exercises and carry them for longer time of period rather than harder and get tired of fats pretty quick
Walking or Jogging can defiantly help your hip muscles very rapidly and this will help your leg muscles too, but walk for longer time of period and try to walk faster rather than harder and on difficult areas, but never run or use gym exercise for longer time of period
Get up early in the morning and start walking or jogging and keep at it for at-least 45 to 50 minutes and when you see that you are getting used to of it then increase the time and when you are walking, try to take longer steps than the usual. This will help you workout your hip and butt muscles better and this is good for your legs too
Use regular traveling cycle as much you can, this is environment friendly, healthy style and this will keep your organs and your body healthy and work fester and proper and you will lose slow fat from hips, waist, legs and your tummy too
After all these things you always can use some gym exercise for your hips and the first one is squats and the other one is lunges and you can try our hip yoga and hip exercise then you will feel the difference really soon
